01 / Our Story
Gabriel Central was founded in 2015 with a simple conviction: good software should fit the business, not the other way around.
We started as a handful of engineers taking on the projects other shops called “too custom.” A decade later, that’s still the work we do best — the systems that don’t come in a box.
Today we help businesses across industries build modern applications and put AI to work in ways that are practical, measurable, and maintainable long after launch.

04 / Equity Partnership
Have a Great Idea but Need the Capital to Build It?
A lack of capital should not prevent a strong business idea from becoming a successful company. At Gabriel Central, we understand that many entrepreneurs, startups, and growing businesses have innovative concepts but may not have the financial resources to develop the technology, establish the brand, and bring the project to market.
For select qualified projects, Gabriel Central may offer an equity partnership as an alternative to traditional upfront development fees — investing our technology, creative resources, development services, and marketing expertise in exchange for an agreed-upon equity stake in the business.
What Your Equity Buys
Depending on the needs and potential of the project, our investment may include:
This opportunity is designed for founders and business owners who have a strong concept, a clearly defined market, and the commitment required to build a successful company — but need the right technology and marketing partner to move forward.
The Partnership
More Than a Development Company
When Gabriel Central accepts an equity position in a project, we become more than a website designer, app developer, or marketing agency. We become a strategic partner with a direct interest in the long-term success of the business.
Our team works alongside the founder to help transform the original concept into a professionally developed, market-ready product. Because our success is connected to the success of the company, we approach each approved project with an ownership mindset and a long-term vision.
This partnership structure allows qualified founders to preserve cash during the critical early stages of development while gaining access to the technology, branding, and marketing resources needed to compete in the marketplace.
The Process
How the Equity Partnership Works
Every project begins with a detailed evaluation. We review the business concept, target market, competitive landscape, revenue model, growth potential, development requirements, and the experience and commitment of the founding team.
If the project meets our investment criteria, Gabriel Central may propose an equity-based development agreement. The percentage of equity requested depends on the scope of work, estimated development and marketing costs, level of risk, intellectual property requirements, and the resources needed to support the project.
Each agreement is customized. The responsibilities of both parties, project milestones, ownership rights, equity terms, development schedule, and ongoing support expectations are clearly documented before work begins.
The Criteria
What We Look for in a Project
We are interested in partnering with serious founders who have more than an idea. Successful applicants should be prepared to demonstrate:
You may not have all the capital needed to launch your project, but you must be prepared to contribute your experience, industry knowledge, leadership, relationships, time, and continued involvement.
The Invitation
Let’s Build the Future Together
Together, we can turn a promising idea into a professionally developed business with the foundation to grow.
If you believe your idea has the potential to become a successful and scalable business, we invite you to submit your project for consideration — tell us about your vision, the problem your business solves, the customers you plan to serve, your revenue model, and the support you need to move forward.
You bring the vision, industry knowledge, and determination. We bring the technology, development experience, creative strategy, and marketing support needed to help build it.
Gabriel Central does not approve every submission. Equity partnerships are reserved for select projects that align with our capabilities, investment standards, and long-term business objectives. All proposed partnerships are subject to evaluation, due diligence, negotiation, and a fully executed written agreement.
